Willkommen bei EGEE
EGEE (Enabling Grids for E-sciencE) ist ein von der EU-Kommission co-finanziertes Projekt
und vereinigt Experten von mehr als 240 Institutionen aus 45 Ländern weltweit zur Schaffung einer nahtlosen Grid-Infrastruktur, die
Wissenschaftlern 24 Stunden am Tag zur Verfügung steht.
Anfangs als ein 4 jähriges Projekt konzipiert, ist die zweite Phase am 30. April 2008 zu Ende gegangen.
EGEE-III hat am 1. Mai 2008 von der Europäischen Kommision mitfinanziert begonnen.
